My wife reminded me yesterday that it was the 34 anniversary of when we started dating.  I had looked at the date several times during the day, and it never clicked in my head what a special day that was.  It started a journey that has included 5 kids, 2 grandkids, a son-in-law, and soon to be daughter in-law, and 2 additional soon to be grandkids.  It's easy to overlook the blessings we have in this life.  We can get caught up in the drive for wordly success and forgot what Godly success looks like.  To me looking at our amazing family, I feel successful and most graciously blessed.
